1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the GSTBank platform operated by Geneva Sovereign Trust ("we", "us", "GSTBank"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Geneva Sovereign Trust.

2 Eligibility

To use GSTBank you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to use banking services in your country of residence
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Not be subject to any sanctions or financial restrictions that would prohibit your use of our services

3 Account Registration & KYC

All accounts require completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You agree to:

• Provide genuine identity documents as requested
• Submit a clear selfie / liveness check as required
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your registered information
• Allow us to screen your identity against AML and sanctions databases

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and 6-digit transaction PIN. You must:

• Keep your password and PIN strictly confidential
• Never share your credentials with any third party — including GSTBank staff (we will never ask for your PIN)
• Notify us immediately at support@genevasovereigntrust.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• Use a strong, unique password for your account

GSTBank is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

5 Permitted Use

You may use GSTBank services for lawful personal or business banking purposes including:

• Managing your account balance and account information
• Making and receiving legitimate transfers via IBAN / SWIFT
• Viewing transaction history and downloading statements
• Updating your profile and security settings

6 Prohibited Activities

You must not use GSTBank for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind
• Transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions
• Circumventing exchange controls or tax obligations
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Using automated tools to access or scrape our platform

7 Transactions & Transfers

All transactions are subject to:

• Your account's permitted status being set to Complete by our compliance team
• Sufficient available balance in your account
• Daily and monthly transfer limits as displayed in the platform
• Successful verification of your transaction PIN
• AML screening — transactions may be held pending review

Transfers are generally irreversible. Always verify recipient IBAN and bank details before confirming. GSTBank is not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts.

8 Fees & Charges

Current fees are displayed within your account dashboard. We reserve the right to introduce or modify fees with 30 days' notice. Applicable fees include:

• Domestic IBAN transfers (SIC): Free
• SEPA transfers: CHF 1.00 per transaction
• SWIFT international: CHF 8.00 per transaction
• Express same-day processing: CHF 5.00

9 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We have reason to suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your KYC verification fails or your account is flagged by compliance screening
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geneva Sovereign Trust shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure
• Losses arising from third-party payment network failures

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees paid by you to GSTBank in that period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the GSTBank platform are the exclusive property of Geneva Sovereign Trust. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of GSTBank after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international banking standards and applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
